I need a USB TV tuner that works like a normal TV in Thailand ..... My uncle and I would soon visit, his laptop IBM T30 .... I think that might work Pinnacle Systems PCTV HD Pro Stick USB 2.0 TV tuner ..... Sure, however, that in Asia ????? Works

The TV system in Thailand seems to be PAL-2 System B / G, and options are limited. It is a tuner) CardBus (PCMCIA working link in this system - then.
Leadtek USB tuner works in the PAL-2 System B / G, however, seem to have been exposed to
Leadtek WinFast TV USB II Deluxe. You can see a kick or to the eBay website, if you're lucky.
The Pinnacle product that you mentioned is not compatible with PAL at all.
