Extra Large Bandanas When Making Chocolate Chip Cookies, How Do You Adjust The Recipe If You Have Extra Large Eggs?

When making chocolate chip cookies, how do you adjust the recipe if you have extra large eggs? - extra large bandanas

I will do without Chip Cookies Chocolate room, but I have 2 extra large eggs instead of large eggs. Usually when I do this, cookies are a bit flat and are not good. As the dry ingredients should be increased to compensate for the increasing size of the eggs?

Yes, Jill M is right. You still have to make adjustments. I cook all the time, work with extra-large eggs, well. Sometimes you can even leave out the box of cake mix the eggs, because they are too big.

XL eggs I use for everything and not finished yet. I have a very good reputation for great cookies, cakes, etc., my chickens lay eggs just huge! :) Merry Christmas!

FDI only beat the eggs and remove about 2-3 tablespoons and thus closer to the egg size that you need ...

Rise instead of the dry ingredients ...
