"Flatulence occurs when a food does not break completely in the stomach and small intestine. Accordingly, the food is undigested in the colon in one. Most lower intestinal gas occurs when bacteria in the colon ferment carbohydrates that Aren undigested in the small intestine. The body does not digest and absorb some carbohydrates (sugar, starches and fibers found in many foods) in the small intestine because of the scarcity or absence of certain enzymes.

This undigested food pass from the intestine into the large intestine, where normal, harmless bacteria refuse food, production of gases such as hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and about one third of all people, methane. No less than 80 percent to 90 percent of rectal gas (flatulence) is formed by bacteria. Finally, the production of gas through the rectum. Certain foods produce more flatulence than others because they contain more indigestible carbohydrates, whichother. Beans are known gas producers. The grain passes through the small intestine and reaches the large intestine undigested, which causes bloating, occur.

Unfortunately, healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, oats and legumes (beans and peas) are often the worst offenders. Because these foods are rich in soluble fiber. Soluble fibers dissolve in water forming a gelatinous substance from the intestine. Fiber has many advantages, including keeping your digestive system is in perfect condition, regulate blood sugar and cholesterol and prevent that heart attack and other heart problems. But it can also lead to the formation of gas. In the colon the bacteria thrive in digestible fiber. These bacteria are harmless, but for those with bloating or flatulence problem, it's probably best to avoid or carefully review soluble fibers to see if they help bloating.

Moreover, the insoluble fiber in wheat, rye, sound and other grains can not be solved in water. It is used by iNtestinal colon bacteria as a food source, it is not that these bacteria produce flatulence. Both soluble and insoluble fiber should be consumed every day. "

Insoluble fiber is found in wheat, rye, bran and other grains.

It is also the fiber in most vegetables. Insoluble fiber, which means they do not dissolve in water. It can not be used by intestinal bacteria in the colon as a food source, so not grow these useful bacteria in general and flatulence.

Soluble fiber, however, dissolves in water forming a gelatinous substance from the intestine. Soluble fiber in oats, oat bran, fruit, psyllium (Metamucil, Konsyl), barley and legumes. Soluble fiber, among other benefits, seems to bind to cholesterol, so they are excreted in the feces. If you remove enough blood cholesterol levels may reduce by 10-15%.

Can be metabolized On the other side of soluble fiber thatTeeth, the bacteria by gas in the colon. These bacteria are harmless, but for those with bloating or flatulence problem, it's probably best to avoid or carefully review soluble fibers to see if they help bloating. Whenever possible, soluble and insoluble fiber should be consumed daily. "
If you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, which also can irritate. This information is also available on the website before.

I have oatmeal for breakfast every day, but I, as in Scotland by soaking overnight and added a pinch of sea salt. In the morning, so warm and pour over pre-and pro biotic Muller vitality. I like strawberries, but no flavor, prepared according to your taste. I never eat much cheese flatulence at least at the end of the day, maybe the person who said that you might have lactose intolerance is a good idea. I put milk in my cereal, but only to the vitality of Muller.
Delicious and very healthy. Oatmeal is the new super-spirit.
Hope this helps.
