I want to use the framework of my Tiberius T9 Elite ST, but I need to put enough on the shoulder, where the population has a different affect with my helmet. Can an X36 Tippmann X7 grip is mounted on the tip of my T9?

Yeas should be good. I have a T9 and the railroad crossing in the direction of high-level ed picitiny even with the X7. So no problem.
